Nucleus provides you with physician job opportunities across all medical specialties, from moonlighting shifts to full-time employment, opportunities for residents through attendings. Whether you're in radiology, internal medicine, surgery, emergency medicine, or any other specialty, you'll find relevant opportunities. But that's not enough – you should be able to assess if the offers you're considering are competitive. With compensation data sourced from physicians like you, you're able to assess how your offer stacks up and if it's worth pursuing.

For those earlier in their career, potentially deciding their residency rank list or where to accept their first job, there are residency program and job review sections that allow users to share their experiences at their residency and prior practices. Historically, this information has been siloed and gatekept, but we hope that through transparency users can use this data to make informed decisions about their medical career path.
